「world writable directory」という言葉を聞いたことあります？

「world readable directory」同様、障害解析の時にlinux等の情報を海外のサイトで調べていると見かけたりします。

「world writable directory」は直訳すると、「世界の人が書き込めるディレクトリ」。

ディレクトリの権限において、otherの箇所に書き込み権限の「w」が付いているディレクトリのことをいいます。

「/tmp」はotherの箇所に「w」が付いているので「world writable directory」に該当しますね。
